Röchling Sustaplast KG is one of the world’s largest and most experienced manufacturers of semi-finished products and near net shape casted parts made from cast nylon! Using our material SUSTAMID 6G (PA6G) and its various modifications, we produce semi-finished products and near net shape casted parts with excellent properties.

The fact that we make moulds inhouse means that we can design and manufacture the moulds quickly and cost effectively. In addition, we also offer numerous subsequent processing options, including precise machining, particularly of bulky parts with an outer diameter of over 2000 mm.

Extensive stock

Our stock of semi-finished products is one of the largest in Europe – a wide range of dimensions is available directly from the warehouse! We have expanded our extensive range of tubes made from SUSTAMID 6G. You can now choose from a range of more than 60 variants in different dimensions with outer diameters from 50 mm up to 300 mm.
