Top grades for Röchling apprentices

15 junior employees successfully complete their training

15 young employees have reached an important milestone at the Haren-based plastics processor Röchling Industrial: They successfully completed their apprenticeship this year. Almost all former trainees will continue to support the company.

Completion of nine training occupations

“A lot of diligence and hard work lies behind our examinees. We are proud of the great achievements. Congratulations on passing your apprenticeship,” emphasized Daniel Fritz, CFO of Röchling Industrial. A total of 15 apprentices were happy about the successful completion this year. The young professionals at the Haren site were trained in nine different professions. May of them reached top grades again this year - including Henning Korte, who completed his dual studies " Plastics technology in practice" as one of the best in his class. Las year, he finished his training as a “process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology as the best in Lower Saxony.

Education has top priority

The international company offers numerous training positions in the technical and commercial fields every year. Röchling has been certified by the IHK as a “top training company” for several years. Recertification for a further three years has just taken place.

Of the 870 employees in Haren, around 50 are apprentices. In the last ten years, more than 150 specialists have completed their vocational training at Röchling in Haren. A large number are still employed by the company. “The topic is of utmost importance to us. We attach great importance to good training for our junior staff,” emphasizes Valeri Karastelev, industrial and technical trainer in Haren. "The fact that we can once again report so many particularly good graduations this year is due not least to the great commitment of our trainers."

The fact that this engagement pays off is also shown by the decision of many graduates to continue supporting the company. "We are pleased that we were able to offer all trainees a job and that many are still in the Röchling team," says Oliver Esders, Chairman of the Works Council.
