As an international group of companies, Schwartz GmbH specialises in the manufacture of moulded components from cast polyamide and offers in particular large-volume and highly resilient machined parts made from engineering plastics for virtually any industry. Over 240 members of staff are currently employed at four sites in Germany, the Czech Republic, China and the USA.

With this acquisition, Röchling advances its growth strategy and with new technologies such as the manufacturing of large format cast parts from cast polyamide, it particularly enhances its competence for the conveying and lifting technology, oil and gas industry, intralogistics and the building of elevators. The machining group in Röchling’s Industrial Division is one of the world's leaders in the machining of thermoplastics and composites, with over 20 closely networked and globally positioned sites. The companies specialise in the production of high-quality machined parts and components for almost every sector of the capital goods industry.
